Case 6: This patient had deep under eye hollows that gave her a very drawn and tired look. Fat transfer was combined with rhinoplasty to erase her dark circles under her eyes along with further softening and feminizing her cheeks. Sometimes, lightening of pigmented skin under the eye is a useful added approach to further enhance the result.
