Facial Fat Transfer Photos

Case 13: Previous rhinoplasty had left this patient’s nose too short and over-rotated, calling attention to her nasal flare. The tip was also significantly twisted. She was also concerned that her under eye and cheek hollowing made her look tired. Revision rhinoplasty achieved much improved symmetry, lengthening, and reduction in nostril show. Facial fat transfer did beautifully to smoothen and rebalance her mid-face region.
