Revision Rhinoplasty Before & After Photos

Case 31: This patient had had a previous rhinoplasty but felt her tip was still bulbous and undefined. Creating real structure in combination with effective management of skin thickness allowed her to achieve real definition. At the same time, a mini face and neck lift was able to substantially improve neck and lower face laxity with enhancement of cheek volume and skin draping.
